As others have indicated, that lot is zoned for up to 4 units. There are several income properties within that area. You need to get comparables for your particular property and list as soon as possible for the best possible price. I would be happy to assist you.
If you are dealing with the owner directly, you should inform them that you have made inquiries that disclosed that this property is scheduled to go up for sale at a trustee sale per public records on Dec 18, 2012. There are laws protecting renters. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I am not an attorney, but I can provide you with some information.
Hi Jennifer...as the other agents have stated, millitary personnel using VA loans are about the only loans that the will allow the buyer to purchase a home with little or no money down. Now there are loans that will offer buyer assistance with down payments & closing costs, if the purchase is in a "rural area". You do need to talk to a loan officer, which can be recommended by the agent of your choosing- that will explain the types of areas & loan programs that will allow this. Hope we have all answered your question and you don't let this discourage you.
