We have beautiful land at affordable prices. You can get to the mountains in 1 hour, the beach in under 3 hours and Washington DC in less than 3. We have wooded and open land. Farmville is a college town that offers music and arts, a farmer's market, and lots more to do. I have met and secured buyers at many of my open houses and have sold homes off of them. Yes, I have set at open houses with no one coming thru; but I use the time to be productive.
