A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.
This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams. Bo...
Best realtor that I have ever worked with. Fun and laid back but extremely informed when it comes to knowing the areas all around metro Denver. Had a great time buying a house with him.Lou Toth
Angela, It is listed as under contract in the MLS as of March 9th. Contracts fall apart from time to time. Let me know if you want me to keep track of it for you. Pete
I have one coming on the market sometime next week for 40k. Call or email for details. Its a 2/1. Needs plenty of work.
Philip, I was just in a few homes under 135k in Five Points yesterday. Are you looking for a remodeled home? or are you open to some work? Have you had a chance to sit down with a professional and review Home Buying in today's market? At the start of the process, I meet with all buyers to review, shopping, contracts, negotiation, lending options and market trends. Educating buyer is the best way to help them make sound decisions. Email or call me for the listings or let me know if you have time to meet. Sincerely, Pete firstname.lastname@example.org 720-299-1127
Non conforming means the bedroom could be missing a closet, or a window large enough to climb out of in case of an emergency.
Diana, Please feel free to give me a call or email as soon as you are ready today. Its a great neighborhood. Pete
Public records are online with denvergov.org. That will tell you the owner and the address of the owner if different. Leases are not public records. Best of luck with your search. Pete
Its under contract right now. What a great house. Were you able to see it? I had a few clients interested too late in the process. Are you specifically looking for this architecture?
after 116 days on market in June it was withdrawn. The last list price was 392. It has been off and on the market many times since 04. All similar pricing. Its a very interesting listing history. Let me know if you would like a copy of the listing history. Its easy to email it. Pete
As a landlord, I am seeing that you have anyone that will vouch for you either personally or as a tenant. If I hear that the last lease did not "end well" from either party, it makes me think there was more drama then I want to deal with. Thats all I care about as a landlord. Rent on time, no drama. Does that help? I have a rental in englewood right now if you are in the market.
There is a search for Income properties in the MLS. Not all public search tools will have that option. I have access if you have a specific question or would like a search set up for you.
