Most, if not all, public websites that you can access to search for homes online only provide homes in ACTIVE status in the search results, therefore a lot of times there is no need to have a status category on the results page since only homes that are available at the time you are searching are posted. An exception is with short sale listings, even when a seller accepts an offer from a buyer the listing remains in ACTIVE status instead of PENDING status until the bank accepts the terms of the current offer and in some cases the agent is soliciting back-up offers so the home is still technically available. REALTORS have access to research homes in all status categories through their membership with the local Multiple Listing Service. If you have questions about the status of a particular home that you would like to know about and cannot find it on a public websites search engine, please contact a local REALTOR for more information.
Hi! The HOA Dues on this property are $400/year and this home is on .24 acres. However, it is a bank owned property that was priced low and it went Pending with another Buyer 6 days after it hit the market, so it is not available now. I will send you the listing from the MLS anyway. Please let me know if you would like information about other properties.
