Good evening...I retired from the USAF in 1991. Flew helicopters in Vietnam. Reference your dog...I called several management companies and all of them suggested that you try Craigs List. They thought you might find an owner who was not using a property manager and would be willing to rent to you. Hope this helps...Good luck.

In answer to: What's the sq. footage of this home?
Good morning...According to the MLS Data Sheet the home has 2491 sf HLA. However, I am sorry to report that the home you inquired about is already leased. If this is the type of rental you are looking for, call your local Realtor and ask them to set you up with a Client Gateway Search. That way you will be receiving the most current up-to-date informtion on available homes.

Good evening...When you view listings on an internet website that give you access to homes that are listed in the different Multiple Listing Services (MLS), you are receiving a "feed" from the MLS to the website. These different websites are under contract to the MLS. Each website does a periodic pull from the MLS data base and they often miss changes in status. The best way to get the most update, accurate information is to call your local Realtor and ask them to review those homes that you are interested in...we are all happy to perform this service. Good luck and keep looking.

Good evening...Find a lender you know and trust. Explain your situation to them...do not leave anything out. This will allow them to give you sound, well thoughtout advice. I will be happy to recommend several mortgage brokers. Good luck.

Good morning...There should be no issues with having a business in NYC and a home in Charlotte, NC. Would the home purchase in the Charlotte area be a primary residence or a secondary home? This would be a great question to ask your mortgage banker. For 12 years I worked in Chicago but my family lived in Charlotte, NC. The only implication was making sure I filed the proper state taxes for both NC and IL. Ask your CPA. Good luck.

Good evening...Based on my past experience, lenders are reluctant to lend so small amounts of money. Most seem to have minimums of $30K to $35K. Employment as stated by the other respondants to your question are correct. Again most banks want a two year employment history. Suggestion: 1) Call your local mortgage lender, or 2) Talk to your credit union. These are the people you should be talking to...Good luck.

Good evening...While I cannot speak for this website, it has been my experience that all such sites are several days to several weeks behind in their updates. Your best source is your local Realtor who has direct access to the local MLS. Thanks and good luck.

Good afternoon Lisa...I just checked the address in the MLS. It has been withdrawn from the market. Sorry. Would you like me to run a one-time search for similar rentals in the MLS in the same general area?

Based on the information you provided, I think that you must be willing to make application (normally costs $35 to $75 non-refundable) to see how they respond to you and your credit history. Be ready to provide extra details or circumstances. Good luck.

Good morning Chuck...I am a Vietnam vet, I understand what you are going through. Single most important first step is to get pre-qualified through your local bank or credit union. Then contact me or some other Realtor...we can then help you find what you are looking for. Good luck and thanks for your service.
