When faced with the necessity of having to sell my Aunt's home as a result of her moving into an assisted living facility, I contacted Steve about listing the property. At our first meeting Steve already had a complete folder for me detailing recent homes sales in the area where my aunt's house was and a game plan for marketing her home. Steve gave us a list of a few items that needed to be addressed as fair as repairs and painting were concerned, and once completed, the home was put on the market. This all occured during a time where there was an overabundance of homes in this price range on the market and yet her home sold within 6 months of listing and at a fair price. Steve is very thorough and professional in how he approaches his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about listing their home or looking to purchase one.Jim KoesselWhen we moved to Grand Rapids in 1984, we were referred to Steve. He helped us find our first house in GR. A few years later we were looking for a change and sspent some quality time with Steve detailing what we were looking for. He did no bother us with home that did NOT meet our requirements, nut did present us with an opportunity which met our dreams and more, Steve is thorough and does his homework carefully. When we called him we had a prompt response and he stayed the course we wanted. We have reccomended Steve to family and friends and they too have been more than satisfied.James Buick
