Allen, Looking over the public records and permits for your home, the info is different than what you are asking here. All of that would be adjusted if and when you were to put your home on the market. You can contact the county records department and have this info updated. At that time they will re-asses the property value etc. If you are able to give you email to me, I can send you a copy of the public records so you can see the info for your home and the only permit for replacing the water heater.
