I go the extra mile to help...
In 2005 while looking on Realtor.com for a home we somehow conected with Traci and we told her everything we were looking for in a house. After looking for a few months by chance she sent us a listing on house that ended up being our dream home. She became our family friend and soon sold 2 more homes to people in our family. With life taking it's coarse we sold our beautiful home and now 4 years later we have hired Traci to help us once again. I know with her talent to listen to what we want and what we can afford she will once again find us our dream home. What impressed us about her is her devotedness to her family and how she listens when you talk! We love her and her family and we would highly recommed her to anyone who is looking to buy their perfect dream home.Al Val BorgerWhat impressed us most about Traci was the fact that she knew the aera and listened to exaclty what we were looking for in a home. She was professional and she has a wonderful personality and a great family. I would highly recommed Traci to anyone looking to buy their dream home whether you live in Tenneesee or out of state. Respectfully, Al & Val BorgerAl Val BorgerI worked with other realtors in the past but once I met with Traci, I knew she would handle everything. I have dealt with Traci on three different properties,as a seller and a buyer, each dealing she handled professionally but yet personally.................definitely she went above and beyond to make the buying and selling smooth and worry free for me.Naomi Koschmider

The current deed transfer tax is $0.37 per every hundred dollars of consideration (sales price).Answered: Feb 12, 2011If your home is in need of major repairs, but still has other qualities, don't feel like you can't go ahead and list your home. You may want to just let the potential buyers be aware that this home will require some "tlc". Foreclosure properties do this daily.
