Summer Hill and The Grove are both well managed complexes on Marc Drive. They generally feature the extra half bath great for roommates! I would contact a realtor for additional information as rentals there go fast. Having an application and credit report in hand can help get you "in"
Summer Hill and The Groves on Marc Drive offer the benefit of extra half bath and often include washer dryer hookups in unit--even though buildings have shared laundry on lower level. Top floor great extra storage as well. Contact a local realtor to get in to view this great unit!
Best advice, work with a realtor! Your budget seems reasonable but this is a very competitive rental market. You need to be ready to move with an application the second a property gets listed...most go under lease in a week. Good Luck!
Sounds like you have all your information organized and ready to go. Most landlords would want a complete application with references to review. Keep your verifications at the ready as it is a very tight rental market---being able to afford a unit and getting your application in quickly are key to securing a home for you and your daughters. Best of luck in locating the perfect home for you family :)
It appears you have all your data in order. Landlords would want complete application with references to verify information, but your budget seems appropriate. Be sure you have all your verification available so you can move quickly when a rental opportunity arrives...it is a very tight rental market! Best of luck locating the perfect home for you and your daughters :)
May agents represent the Quantico area serving military families. There is a frequent turn over. Aquia Harbor offers a lot of options for sale and rent.
The easiest way to get in homes/com is by working with a realtor...MLS listings are entered in many web based sites as part of the service. More and more buyers begin searches on line and many narrow down their choices before even walking thru a property...it is wise to be represented on ALL popular web sites to generate most buyers and best sales price.
Most realtor in your area can refine a search to only select homes with outdoor kitchens. However, sometimes there might be a perfect property that you could add your own custom outdoor kitchen that is exactly what you dream of....if purchase price allows you the upgrades and stay within your budget it might be a great solution. Best of luck in your search...perfect area to enjoy outdoor kitchens all year!
Many landlord have a no pet policy. Some associations do not allow pets with renters, even if owner occupied are allowed four footed friends. Every rental is different...also depending on size/type of pet some landlords will make exception for a good tenant with excellent references. the rental market is tricky, having a realtor to assist you can make your search easier!

Unfortunatly this rental requests, "no pets" This sometimes can be negotiated, depending on size of pet and strength of application. It never hurts to attempt a negitiation...but do not get your hopes up until landlord agrees. They usually put No Pets for a reason :( For a list other pet friendly rental opportunities, please contact me!
this unit rental allows small pets (with landlord review and permission). I hope this helps, to learn more and viewthis or other rentals....please give me a call!
This property does NOT have a washer/dryer; there is a laundromat nearby. It does have a frig...but please understand it is a summer weekly rental not monthly rate. For rentals available please contact me!

If you prefer newer construction that is not a problem. While Plymouth has many historic old properties that may have creaks and centuries of history, the area alos offers newer construction that should suits YOUR needs and wants. Besides lack of "addituional spirits" it is useful to learn what other options you desire and your proce point. It is best to determine your budget with a mortgage lender prior to house shopping so you are not dissappointed. If you need the names of several local lenders that could assit you pleaselet me know. Have a safe haunt free weekeend!

Depending on the bank, they may have sheriff serve them with notice, begin proceedings, or wait. Since I am unsure where they are in the process, the next step the bank takes may be restricted by state law, or particular banking practices. Often houses are auctioned with current residents still there and it becomes an "issue" of home's new owners to remove prior occupant. I have heard of forclosed homeowners out in 48 hours and others remaining for 6-18 months. There are a lot of variables, your neighbors should work with forclosing bank to reach a negotiated solution, if possible.
Although this home has an accepted offer, they are accepting back up offers. It is a short sale that means a bank ust approve conditions of offer and they often take weeks to months to respond. It is a conodo with town water and sewer with a monthly condo fee of 175. If you are interested in this as a back up offer or would like me to search for other homes that meet your needs and wants please let me know. Have a great day!
I am sorry to say this wonderful home is already under agreement. Have a great week!
