Have you ever wanted to live like one of the stars on the hit ABC series The Bachelorette? Now’s your chance. A home in Encino, California has been listed on the market for $5.5 million and aside from its impressive architecture and style, the estate also comes with an added bonus— it was featured on The Bachelorette.
Season one of the series we see Trista and Ryan Sutter fall in love, we also see 16980 Escalon Drive in the process. A home with 7,000 square feet, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms, it’s no surprise this was the place to be when competing for love. The home itself sits on three acres of land and offers additional space with two guest homes, each with their individual ensuite bedrooms. The Tuscan villa offers picturesque views of California’s mountainside with an overlook into the city. Although the home hasn’t seen the drama of recent seasons, it’s still a dream to own a home featured on the show if you’re a huge fan like us.
Upon entering the villa, guests will walk through two floor-to-ceiling wrought iron doors featuring an intricate design. Walking into the home you’re welcomed with an open concept floorplan, white marble flooring, columns, and a massive crystal chandelier that leaves you feeling like you stepped into a dream, or in this case, a rose ceremony. The living room captures your attention through the pop of color from hardwood flooring which contrasts beautifully with the white accents featured throughout the home. A stone fireplace acts as the centerpiece of the living room adding an element of warmth while a large staircase at the entrance invites you to travel upstairs (no fantasy suites here, okay?) to see the grandeur for which the villa is known. The landing from the staircase overlooks the entrance of the home and doubles as the perfect place to greet guests (or the man of your dreams).
The kitchen boasts an eclectic feel with modern cabinetry and stainless steel accents with Viking appliances throughout, perfect for the chef in your life. As if Tyler C. hasn’t stolen our hearts already, maybe his time in the current bachelorette mansion has given him some amazing cooking skills–we can only dream. The kitchen flows into a breakfast nook that overlooks beautiful views of the city. You will feel like you’re on a one-on-one date, even if you’re dining alone… self-care anyone?
While the home isn’t as cool as staying in a windmill with queen Hannah B., it’s definitely cooler than Luke P.’s attitude all season. But, who will she choose in her final days as the Bachelorette? Will her time as a single lady continue on? Be sure to tune in July 29th to find out for yourself!
