Perry created an open floor plan by adding in glass walls along the back half of the home while removing interior walls for an easy flow from room-to-room. The $10.9 million dollar home includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms all while sitting at 5,686 square feet. The French Regency-style listing may be reminiscent of other grandiose properties in Palm Beach since world-renowned, and Florida famous, developer, Robert Gottfried, built the property, in 1980.

The entryway of the home brings you into an entertainer’s paradise. A wall of sliding glass doors opens up to showcase lush green landscaping and an oval pool. Natural light floods in, illuminating the stone flooring and bright white walls, making the home feel eclectic, yet inviting. Another living space contrasts from the first one that greets you in an artistic way. A bright red sofa, two plush chairs, and a colorful rug add splashes of vivid hues through the otherwise white home.

A modern dining space with an eight-seater table carries on the theme of the home. The light fixtures, chairs, and table are solid white while two abstract paintings provide color accents. The kitchen’s accents are more natural, from bold kitchenware to vibrant stools. The master bedroom whisks you away from any daily stresses you may experience and transports you to an oasis of relaxation– and the master bathroom is no different. A large soaking tub right next to a large glass window that has fenced-in greenery accents for added privacy invites you to unwind and get caught up in the paradise that you can call home.
