Right in the heart of central Oklahoma lies Edmond, a city that has distinguished itself with many accolades, from taking the top spot on a ‘10 Perfect Suburbs’ listing to being voted the ‘Most Outstanding Community in Its Class’ by the State Chamber of Commerce for five years in a row. Its homes are equally attention-getting, from low-lying ranch styles with modern stylistic influences to three or four-story family homes with dramatic windows and architectural detailing.

Edmond is located in the Sandstone Hills region of Oklahoma, which is famous for its gently rolling landscapes and unique tree species. Over a dozen recreational spaces and public parks, in addition to a major emphasis on works of public art, set Edmond aside from other similar cities. Within the city, there are two major bodies of water. On the east side, Arcadia Lake is a major fishing spot for both Oklahoma and Edmond residents. Twin Bridges Lake is also located in Edmond.

Technology, education, government, manufacturing and industry, construction and engineering, wholesale and retail, and trade are the largest employing sectors within Edmond.
