Goodyear, AZ is a refined, comfortable city of 61,500 located southwest of downtown Phoenix. It is the sixth-fastest growing city in the US. Real estate in the area is relatively affordable but Goodyear saw its home prices increase last year. It is also in negotiation for a future Arizona State University campus.
