Happy House for years has been known too many folks on island and off as a great place to come and stay as a vacation rental. Everyone who has stayed there were Happy with their stay. Maybe 30 steps to the water's edge from the lanai. It has a lanai deck that goes the length of the house for perfect whale watching, sunrises and sunsets and just plain relaxing on a hammock.
