Fine Line Homes

Fine Line Homes is a family-owned company that began building stick-built homes in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 1972. The company was founded by George Parmer, who continues to serve as President and Owner.

Fine Line Homes has expanded to six regional offices serving most of Pennsylvania, the southern tier of New York, and the Triad region of North Carolina. Each office offers full-service home building on company-owned land or client-owned land and provides a select inventory of “Ready Now” new homes.

Over the past five decades, the team has developed a methodical home-building approach that has been refined and executed systematically for more than 50 years. This strategy exceeds building standards and meets rigorous internal expectations, ultimately delivering homes built to last.
