The first homes are scheduled for completion starting in March 2026, and more homes will become available as construction progresses. Falcon Pointe features contemporary single and 2 story home designs with open, functional layouts and designer inspired finishes. The community also offers hard to find single level floorplans and 3 car garage options, with only a limited number available. Falcon Pointe is located near shopping, dining, parks, and schools, with easy access to Highway 503, Padden Parkway, I-5, and I-205. An affordably priced HOA will also be part of the community experience. A model home at Falcon Pointe is planned for January 2026. Until then, tours are available at our River Bend community in Battle Ground, where Self Tour is currently offered for completed homes.
