Noblesville, Indiana, is a city in central Indiana. The majority of homes in the area have at least three bedrooms, and nearly 93 percent are fewer than 30 years old. There are a number of single family homes available in Noblesville, and although relatively few are historic homes, much of the stately new construction is built in a historic style with hardwood floors, wainscoting and other details. Condos and townhouses are also available, and there is at least one large, all-ages mobile home park.
Most of the homes in Noblesville are considered affordable, because they cost owners less than 30 percent of their income each month, and around 70 percent of homes in town are owner-occupied. Because of the recent population boom in the area, several newer, planned developments divide Noblesville into named communities, including Chapel Woods, Wellington Estates, South Harbor and Hazel Dell Woods. Some of these are covenant-controlled communities, consisting of lakeside residences or equestrian-style estates. The area also offers seven golf courses, some public and some private. The town boasts several public parks and a shopping mall. Noblesville has plenty to offer, but if you want to explore a larger city, there’s one right down the road.
