West Noblesville
A variety of housing sizes, styles and subdivisions
Intersected by Indiana State Road 38 and Indiana State Road 32, West Noblesville consists of pockets of subdivisions within a larger grid layout. There are sections of planned communities and homes sparsely peppered between farmland and parkland. In the planned communities, narrow sidewalks wind around the tree-spotted streets and manicured front lawns. In the more rural areas, homes sit on sprawling green lawns decorated with rockeries and gardens. Many of the homes are contemporary new builds, ranch-style and Craftsman-style homes. Houses under 2,500 square feet range between $220,000 and $845,000, while larger houses can range from $410,000 to $1.75 million. Townhouses in West Noblesville range between $245,000 and $380,000.Noblesville schools receive A ratings

Morse Park and Beach is a 23-acre waterfront park with a boat dock, 18-hole disc golf course, several volleyball courts, picnic spots, and fishing areas. On the banks of the White River, Forest Park celebrates its centennial in 2025. The 150-acre park has been the pride of Noblesville since it was a small town and features a lodge, 9-hole golf course, 18-hole miniature golf course, indoor aquatic center, skate park as well as multiple trails, picnic shelters, athletic courts and playing fields. The Nickel Plate Express, a vintage 1956 Santa Fe Railway train, is based at the park and leads round-trip excursions 12.5 miles north to Atlanta, Indiana. West Noblesville also has multiple neighborhood parks, three 18-hole golf courses, and a bowling alley.Shopping and locations with a unique local flair
Several West Noblesville restaurants take advantage of the Morse Reservoir scenery, including Wolfie’s Grill, where patrons can arrive by car or boat. Providence Home and Garden is one of West Noblesville’s most unique businesses — the home and garden center is also the location of Cafe Jardin coffee shop and Rusty’s Ranch dog park. More dining options are available downtown, including Syd’s Fine Food and Spirits, which opened in 1945. “It’s a Noblesville icon for sure. It’s been there forever,” Ray says. “It’s a traditional bar in a historic building; it’s got the neon sign and that classic old-school bar feel to it.” Kroger and Meijer both have grocery stores in West Noblesville.Vehicles necessary at the northern edge of Indianapolis suburbs
