Why Live in Oakbrook Estates

Oakbrook Estates is a planned community on the south end of Pearland, featuring a variety of new-millennium homes within a couple of miles of popular city parks and retail corridors. It’s also appealing for its location outside Houston’s Outer Loop for commuters and its highly-rated nearby schools. “It’s accessible to Pearland Parkway so [there’s] easy access to Downtown Houston and [Texas] Medical Center,” says Theresa Riddle, a Pearland local and Realtor with Gusto Real Estate. “And it’s also more accessible to I-45, so people who work in League City or the Bay area can reach South I-45 from here.” The neighborhood’s single-family homes range from $340,000 to $500,000, varying by square footage. The median home price in Oakbrook Estates is 9% lower than the Pearland city median price.
