The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort, operating seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, and advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Package delivery availability may vary by building. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this apartment or in the building, and absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee.
