The 2 additional guest bedrooms offer Queen-size beds in each along with ceiling fans for your comfort. They both share the guest bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo and also serves as the pool bath with access to the lanai.

You will, of course, spend most of your time outside by the pool. You'll have plenty of room for everyone at Villa Jen! The spacious in-ground pool is electric-heated, and there is also an outside dining area with room for 5. There are ceiling fans as well. If you're bringing your boat or would like to rent one while you're here, the boat lift is available for you to use (capacity for the boat lift is 7,000 lbs.)! Enjoy the marine life while sitting on the dock by the Gulf Access canal.
