The recent updates to this 2002 home are a redesigned kitchen with new granite counter tops and stainless appliances, along with new door handles and hardware throughout. Upgraded modern lighting was added to the interior and exterior of the home. New shutters were added (2017) to improve the appearance of the exterior. Flooring on the main floor was upgraded to wood and laminate in the living area and tile being upgraded in the kitchen, the main floor 1/2 bath was also redesigned (2018). In 2019, the backyard was fenced in with 6' black aluminum fencing with two keyed gates, the side yard had a gravel path added leading to the back yard. In 2020, the HVAC, along with the garage doors were serviced with spring updates to the garage doors. In 2021, the bathroom faucets were modernized, new roof in 2021, the window shades and black out shades.
