The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans before departure.
