This is probably the best deal out their!!! This has a full unfinished walkout basement with 2 bedrooms on the main floor. This unit could easily almost double it's square footage. Hence, increase the rent. The duplex has been well maintained over it's lifetime. This makes for an easy transition for a new owner. This owner has never increased the rent on these units. Therefore, I believe that they are currently under rented. I currently charge more for my 1 bedroom units in the same vicinity of the city. This could make the new owner more $$$.
