Utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet are not included in the monthly rent and cost $330 per month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $250 to $350.

Check-in must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. In some cases, the minimum stay between June 1st and September 1st is 90 days.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
