Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. Pool maintenance and hours are beyond our control. Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit, balconies, or on building premises, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Late check-out incurs a $250 fee, lockouts result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time may result in a minimum $500 charge for schedule disruption.
