You might not need that car for weeks or even choose to go car free!
But by far the most enjoyable aspect is the Friday and Saturday evenings on the front patio with your neighbors. One of our residents was World Cup soccer player Graham Zusi. Boy he had some good stories for the patio. There is strength in community.
