The dining room offers a restaurant-like environment with a dining table for 8+, a breakfast bar for 3, and custom artwork.
Complimentary parking is available in the two-car garage, with additional space on the spacious driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. The property also boasts two rooftop patios, offering views of the backyard and pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels. The fireplace is for decoration only and is not meant to be used. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
