The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community located just west of Austin along the sparkling south shore of Lake Travis. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise at your own pace. Off the lake, explore the best of Central Texas. Tee off at nearby championship golf courses, browse over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area’s cozy, local diners. Downtown Austin is just a scenic 45-minute drive away.
Occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
