If I were a house needing an owner I'd be tall and broad-shouldered, three stories, near Maury, three windows so wide and of course a nice porch I'd be naturally lit, lots of friends I would fit, a long list for my buyer who'd insist that the gist of her home be wholistic, organic body, spirit intact, it's a fact, renovated need not be overstated, heart's where home is situated, but if you must get mental, crazy for dollars and cents, my price is not accidental and my basement occasionally rents.
