Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date, and check-out ends at 11 a.m. on your check-out date. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately canceled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. If you leave any belongings behind, we must charge a $35 admin fee to return lost items, and shipping costs are an additional charge should they need to be shipped to you.
