Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay.
