7. There is no designated parking except for the parking spot area in front of home
8. Please keep the asphalt driveway/parking area clean and clear for vehicles only
9. No other outside storage is allowed. All stored items must be within the home.
10. Rental will be month-to-month due to the potential of power and water meters separating each unit where tenants will pay their own water and power (along with propane and trash). This would be a Notice of Change in Terms of Tenancy when that times comes (a 30 day notice of change). For now power and water are included in the rent.
