Beach service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (weather permitting), and the service can only be used once per day. A daily resort fee covers essential beach services, including umbrella, towels, and two chairs: Stays of 1–14 nights: $40/day, stays of 15–29 nights: $35/day, and stays of 30+ nights: $30/day (applicable taxes not included).

This is a private residence, not a hotel-managed unit, so please direct all inquiries accordingly. At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. To ensure a secure experience, all members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in.
