An hour drive to the south is Merrit Island Wildlife preserve and Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center where you can catch rocket launches. You can also see the launches from your yard. My owners have lived here for over 43 years and are ready to enjoy new adventures . I am in a flood zone. I have never had a flooding problem until the past few years with major storms and I have flooded several time, so Flood Insurance is required for financing.
