Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 pm, and children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. If any of the strict rules are violated, the reservation may be canceled without refund, and immediate eviction may occur. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying, and it must be signed in order to receive check-in info.
