The kitchen and family room were added around the 1980's in what appears to have been the garage area and a new oversized 21x26 attached garage was built next to the kitchen and family room. Permits are unknown. This large kitchen has high ceilings, granite countertops, two skylights, a farm sink, a 3x6 center island with an electric cook top, tile floors and newer windows. There is an 8x12 eating area off the kitchen which is perfect for a large table and chairs. This room opens up to a sunny enclosed courtyard. There is also a 12x13 dining room between the large family room and living room. The entire house with the exception of the family room has hardwood floors. the family room needs new flooring. Some deferred maintenance is needed on the hardwood floors and patching and paint needed on all the walls. The master bathroom needs flooring, a new toilet and possibly new sink and tub. The hall bathroom needs a new toilet and possible updating. An enclosed patio off the master bedroom is most likely non permitted and has cement flooring. The large lot has room for a pool and/or ADU and RV parking. There is also the potential of a bay and ocean view with the addition of a second story. Close to the bay and freeway.
