House Rules & Requirements:

•No disruptive behavior (drama, fighting, scams, etc.)
•No adult content or inappropriate conduct
•Quiet : 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily
•No smoking or marijuana, drugs, pets, or parties allowed. Violation fee: $400 per occurrence
•Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced)
•Do not flush feminine products, hygiene items, condoms, food, or grease down the toilet.
•No shoes indoors – please remove them at the door.
•Clean up after yourself in shared spaces.
•Respect others’ privacy – do not enter other guests’ or private rooms (look for signage).
•Open and close doors gently to avoid disturbing others.
•Main entrance door auto-locks after 30 seconds – ensure it is closed properly.
