The house has been re-piped; both hot and cold water now run through the attic and are insulated. There is a circulating hot water pump with a 24-hr clock-timer. When the house was re-piped, new Kohler hardware in both bathrooms and the kitchen were installed. There is new air-conditioning. There is a supply of unused heating system filters in the garage. Plantation shutters in the dining area, both bedrooms, and the loft. Sellers were the only occupants, moved in January 1990. Prior to moving in, a contractor performed $40,000 of upgrades. Upgrades included revised access to attic, new cabinets in pantry and kitchen, moving clothes washer/drier to garage, added shelving/cabinets in loft, added dry-walling (and painting) in garage, improved lighting (fluorescent's) in master bath, increased height of tiling and shower doors in master bath, installed mirrored doors on bedroom closets, added doors on guest shower, installed Kohler lo-flush toilets, lowered ceiling in master bath, added cable outlets in guest bedroom, loft, and kitchen, added ceiling fans in master bedroom and loft (bedroom fan switched at the door), added electrical outlet in master bedroom (switched from 3 locations), added telephone jack in master toilet area, added a light fixture to the front of the house. Fireplace (with gas logs) was an added feature at the time of original construction. Refrigerator and washer/drier are recent acquisitions and go with the house. Kitchen range/microwave are original. The dishwasher is original?water supply valve doesn't operate, probably due to accumulated hardness. Interior painting and re carpeting were done in summer 2009. HOA covers roof, exterior painting, and common area landscaping, security system. New heating furnace has been relocated to gain unrestricted storage space in the attic.
