Please no loud noise, loud music, yelling, or screaming at any time during your whole reservation to avoid neighbor’s complaints. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to avoid noise going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check in for it to not be a guest-related issue. No food is allowed in the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness. Wipe makeup before sleeping. Lock all windows and doors when leaving the suite. Do not put trash or toilet papers in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Please input the correct number of guests and pets visiting the house. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are allowed with prior notice and will be counted as half guests in the reservation. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. Do not break any sprinklers and only drive on the driveway and not on the dirt.
