As of October 2020

This cute rancher at 512 Ash St saw major changes in summer of 2018. Entire interior had wallpaper removed and then painted.Electrical upgrades included the installation of ceiling fans with lights/recess lighting in kitchen, bath, sunroom and basement/ Cable added/ 3- prong outlets installed and 220 line put in for a dryer. Kitchen saw all new stainless steel appliances including the addition of a built-in microwave and a movable island. Finished portion of basement received new vinyl flooring, drop ceiling and the new lighting. The summer room was modified by creating an entrance directly from the dining room. Then this room became a sunroom by adding heat and received a makeover with a new reinforced ceiling( board and batten), all new windows, new vinyl flooring, the lighting, and new man door. A new 8' X 12' was purchased and placed on a new "shed bed" ( a proper gravel and wood base). A chimney liner was installed and chimney cap added. A water powered Sump pump was also installed!! New insulation was blown in the walk-up attic. In 2019, the bathroom was remodeled with 3-piece fiberglass tub-shower replacing the cast iron tub, new toilet, vanity, lighting and fixtures. Tile walls replaced with beadboard. After all this work owners are relocating. Please come and have a look. One owner is a PA licensed real estate agent.
