The Manor House on the property was completed in 1834. The farm was a Washington Family Tract in the late 1700's. There are many outbuildings, barns, stables, garages and sheds, as well as very old stone guest house structures and a beautiful stone kitchen building. A large stone pool with poolhouse was added more recently. The 411+ acres of mostly open rolling fields and views of the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains are extraordinary. The land is primarily in Clarke County Virginia, although a portion of the undeveloped land is in West Virginia. The auction was managed by Hall and Hall.
