The Beach Club is a full-service resort with 2 onsite restaurants, an on-site spa, summer parties and activities, and many other features and amenities. Free access to outdoor pools and hot tubs is included in your stay.
If you wish to elevate the experience with access to the Clubhouse you can do so for a daily fee starting at $32. Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, game room, fitness room, heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, access to the locker room, sports equipment for tennis and basketball courts, Gulfside Bar and Grill (poolside) as well as access to some family-friendly activities. Parking is limited to 2 cars and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Passes will be issued by security when entering The Beach Club at the security gate.

For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
