Utilities:

- Water/Sewer: Billed monthly based on usage. To help offset utility expenses, the property covers 10% of the total bill, with residents paying for the remainder
- Electricity: Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE Electric
- Wifi: Xfinity WiFi routers are pre-installed in each unit. Residents activate the service and cover all associated costs directly with the provider
