The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 400 thread-count sheets, a down duvet (synthetic-down duvet available), two closets including a walk-in, and an en suite bathroom tiled with Carrara marble, dual showers, a separate water closet, heated floors, and an abundant supply of Egyptian cotton towels. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined together to create a comfortable king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom is tiled in marble. The second bedroom configurations may be one king-size bed in lieu of two twin beds depending on the unit assigned, however the bed can be converted to two twins. The kitchen is outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances, including a gas range, cabinet-depth refrigeration, and dual dish drawers. A marble-tiled floor lends a luxurious feel, and custom cabinetry with granite counters and an undermount sink complete the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with measuring cups and spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. A fully stocked wet bar with an ice maker off of the large living room offers a spot for socializing. The living room sofa converts to a very comfortable bed, and there's an elegant desk with a view of the front lawn and landscaped median. The dining room, which accommodates eight, leads to a screened porch, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. All utilities, including broadband highspeed Wi-Fi, are included.
If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. A 7-day pass to the Dowd Y is $50.

Less than 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte (Panthers Stadium, Hornets/Time Warner Arena, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African-American Art, Epicentre, NASCAR Hall of Fame, NC Music Factory and more) this Hermitage Court building is located in the heart of historic Myers Park, home to generations of prominent Charlotteans, on a quiet lane with a beautifully landscaped median. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 restaurants (Thai, Italian (fine and casual), French....), many locally owned shops along the Myers Park Mile (antiques, fine gifts, men's and women's clothing, etc.) and several parks, including an almost-private tennis court in Edgehill Park. Live theater is staged just around the corner at Theatre Charlotte and independent movies are screened at the Manor Theater less than a half mile away. Top-notch medical facilities, including CMC (Levine Children's Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute) and Presbyterian hospitals are 2-3 miles away, and OrthoCarolina just a mile. SouthPark Mall (Luis Vuitton, Hermes, Neiman Marcus, etc.) is less than 5 miles away. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we do not permit parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings in the property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. No additional overnight guests beyond the number specified in your booking without prior approval. Be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO (not on) to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
