Mr and Mrs Seller have lowered the price $10,000 with the hope to find a new owner for this property who will love it as much as they do! 690 Kendale is located within the midst of tens of thousands of trees of all varieties. The trees supply an unlimited source of wood right which the sellers use to heat the house. Then the sellers share the wood with neighbores who help split and stack. They call the neighborhood Foggy Hollow. The fresh water stream has an abundance of wildlife and a clean place to swim. The current owners' grandchildren love catching crayfish in the stream. Recently to the seller's delight, a blue heron flew out of the woods. It was massive! The large number of trees help keep the woods at least 10 degrees cooler in the summer and are a wonder to observe. They have pictures of scenes from snow storms where dozens of species of birds congregated around the bird feeder. Both the owners have maintained the house since it was built. Repairs and replacements have been made with the best of products and manitenance. The furnace was just serviced and all seven sky lights were checked and sealed.
