Unit F6 would be a wonderful condo for full-time residents or people looking for a vacation home. From the front door, stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the living room with 2-story ceilings, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom, one full bathroom and laundry room. An awning covered balcony is accessible from the living room. The dining area has room for a table that sits 6. The galley-style kitchen is well equipped with cabinets, counter space and a good working layout. The bedroom downstairs is currently being used as the master bedroom and has plenty of space. The laundry room has extra shelving for storage and the back door in the laundry room leads to a back porch and stairs leading down to the common area. Even though this townhouse-style condo is an interior unit, it does not have a "closed in feeling" because of the extraordinary high ceilings. The sofa is a sleeper in case you need more sleeping space for company. Upstairs you will find the sizable master bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with vanity area. The sellers are using this bedroom as a guest room and currently have two double beds along with other furniture in the room. It does not feel cramped! If used as a master bedroom, you would have plenty of room for a bedroom and sitting area. Both bedrooms have views of the community pool in the distance.
