A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Pets should be discussed in advance and are only allowed if they are house-trained and kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply.
