Dania Beach offers classic shops like Jaxson's Ice Cream and beach souvenir shops, with the Dania Beach pier just a ~5 min drive away. Hollywood Beach is also close by with a great boardwalk, dining, and nightlife. The house is near the Casino @ Dania Beach and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The Pointe at Dania Beach offers many new dining options.
The house is close to Fort Lauderdale airport and major highways, allowing easy driving access around Broward and Miami-Dade county. Plenty of parking is available, but walking is not ideal. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The house manual provides detailed information about using the pool and spa. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house incurs a $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may be fined $50 per person, and unauthorized vehicles incur a $50 charge each. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway, and parking on the grass is prohibited. By booking, you agree to use the pool at your own risk, and anyone under 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
