Goodale Farm is centered around a Federal-style1830 home and its barn. A private, covered porch was added along the east wall to sit and watch the sunrise, foundation work was completed, efficient double hung windows installed and the 5 year old metal roof is practical and handsome. Many floors appear to be chestnut, there are six panel doors throughout and an incredible variety of ornate moldings, from crown to fireplace surrounds. Some minor plastering needs to be completed, then choose your historic colors and enjoy!
